Agreement reached with #Mhance to extend the current #NICIS contract under the current terms and conditions for a further 12 months. The extension was an option within the original contract which could be exercised with agreement from both parties. This has extended the contract to April 2015.


Notification to #BMC #NRC #NWRC #SRC #SWC #SERC of CPI (Consumer Price Index) support cost uplift for 2013/14 in line with #NICIS contractual arrangements with #MHance
